This 2-day workshop
stresses the importance of being a “CRITICAL OBSERVER.” The
emphasis is on the need to identify variables (activities) that impact
an operation and what factors (constraints) influence these variables.
The steps will be IDENTIFICATION, MEASUREMENT, ANALYSIS, and USE of the
information for making better operational decisions. |
